Rada Kemp previously worked at Trowers & Hamlins solicitors in Manchester. She has also worked for the Engineering Employers Federation in the North West, the largest sector based employer’s organisation in the UK, as well as leading East Midlands firm Browne Jacobson and Eversheds in Cardiff. Rada is an employment specialist and was admitted as a solicitor in 1996. She has worked in partnership with Acas since 2005 to deliver seminars on conducting investigations both from a legal and good practice point of view.

 

Kim Nicol established a highly successful employment law and HR consultancy in the South East. She has also worked with Eversheds in Cardiff and as an Associate with Bevan Ashford, a leading West Country firm. She has specialised as an employment adviser and advocate since qualifying as a solicitor in 1991 and has a wealth of practical and commercial experience, particularly with national retailers.

 

Together they have a wide range of experience in employment law and advise on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious matters. They are also experienced advocates and trainers and formed Workplace Legal Solutions in 2008.
